The firm's practice is primarily in the Federal Courts, where it represents individuals and entities charged with violations of Federal criminal statutes and provides representation to clients who are the subject of grand jury investigations, or who are subpoenaed to testify before a grand jury. Representation is also provided for individuals and entities that are the subject of investigations being conducted by Federal agencies, including the Securities Exchange Commission, IRS, FBI and Immigration and Customs Enforcement, among others.
